Today is the highlight of your safari.
After an early breakfast, prepare for your gorilla trekking adventure in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park.
You will meet your ranger guides and receive a briefing before entering the ancient rainforest in search of a habituated mountain gorilla family.
The trek can take several hours depending on the location of the gorilla family and the terrain.
Bwindi's forest is a beautiful world of thick vegetation, towering trees, vines, ferns and diverse wildlife.
As you move through the forest, your experienced guides and trackers will help you understand the ecosystem and look for signs of the gorillas.
Then comes the moment you have been waiting for.
When you finally encounter the gorilla family, take time to quietly observe these incredible animals as they feed, rest, play and interact with one another.

After your allotted time with the gorillas, begin your journey back through the forest.
