From the powerful Nile River and Murchison Falls to the tropical forests of Kibale, the savannah plains of Queen Elizabeth National Park and the mist-covered forests of Bwindi, this safari offers a diverse introduction to Uganda's wildlife, landscapes and local communities.
The safari begins with your arrival in Entebbe, followed by a journey north to Murchison Falls National Park, Uganda's largest national park. Here you will experience game drives across the northern savannah, a boat cruise along the Victoria Nile and a visit to the top of Murchison Falls, where the Nile forces its way through a narrow gorge before plunging downstream.
The journey continues to Kibale Forest National Park, one of Uganda's most important primate destinations and famous for its chimpanzee population. You will participate in chimpanzee trekking and explore the community-managed Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary, where you can search for primates and a wide variety of bird species.

The final stage of the safari takes you through the Ishasha sector towards Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, with the possibility of seeing the area's famous tree-climbing lions. The highlight of the final days is a mountain gorilla trekking experience in Bwindi's ancient forest.
Before returning to Kampala, you will travel through the scenic Kigezi Highlands and southwestern Uganda, completing a safari that combines big-game viewing, chimpanzee trekking, gorilla trekking, boat cruises, rhino tracking, forest exploration and cultural experiences.
