Aisha

Meet Our Operations Manager

Aisha holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism Operations and brings a strong passion for organization, precision, and creating seamless travel experiences. Behind every successful safari is a carefully coordinated operation, and Aisha plays a vital role in making sure that every detail is in place before our guests set out on their adventure.

As our Operations Manager, she oversees the day-to-day logistics that keep our journeys running smoothly. One of her key responsibilities is managing our transport operations, ensuring that every vehicle in our fleet is safe, reliable, well-maintained, and immaculate. From routine maintenance to the final checks before a journey begins, she takes a meticulous approach to ensuring our guests can travel comfortably and with complete peace of mind.

Aisha also works closely with our driver-guides and female safari guides, maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout every trip. Her ability to coordinate people, vehicles, schedules, and changing circumstances behind the scenes helps ensure that our tours remain organized and responsive from the moment guests arrive until the end of their journey.

Her role extends beyond logistics. Aisha understands that the quality of a safari is shaped by the small details; being ready on time, having the right vehicle prepared, ensuring smooth transfers, and making sure our guides have the support they need to deliver an exceptional experience. Her calm and organized approach helps turn complex travel arrangements into a journey that feels effortless for our guests.

With her knowledge of tourism operations and her commitment to excellence, Aisha is an essential part of the team behind every memorable African adventure we deliver.

Her mission is simple: to ensure that every journey is safe, comfortable, well-coordinated, and seamless from start to finish.
